Job summary

Tria is recruiting a Data Architect for a 6-month hybrid contract in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on shaping data architecture within a major technology modernisation programme, integrating legacy systems with cloud-based platforms, and ensuring governance across data platforms.

You will work with enterprise and solution architects, delivery teams and external partners to define standards, assess existing data assets, and drive data migration and platform modernisation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven Data Architect experience in large-scale tech or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, modelling, integration and governance.
• Experience with legacy environments and modern cloud-based data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve data architecture as part of technology transformation.
• Assess data platforms, systems and integration patterns for modernisation.
• Design scalable, secure, governed data architectures for future needs.
• Collaborate with enterprise/solution architects, delivery teams and partners.
• Support data migration, integration and platform modernisation initiatives.
• Establish architectural standards aligned to the broader tech strategy.
• Translate complex technical considerations into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
