Location: Hybrid (x3 days a week to Sheffield)

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to provide strategic direction and define best-practice data architecture across the organisation. The role involves supporting a team of Data Architects and working closely with product owners, solution architects, and data engineers to design secure, scalable, and high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the data architecture strategy aligned with business and technology objectives
• Guide and support Data Architects in designing and delivering robust data architecture solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data designs
• Establish and promote data governance, quality, security, and integrity standards
• Champion data best practices, standards, and modern data management approaches
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to data architecture capabilities
