Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Scrum Master – Data & Analytics in the United Kingdom with 10–14 years of leadership experience. The role focuses on guiding engineering and reporting teams through structured, iterative delivery while removing impediments and ensuring alignment across multiple squads.

The ideal candidate will have strong Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Power BI knowledge, plus governance and stakeholder management skills to drive predictable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of project or delivery leadership experience, including 5+ years as Scrum Master.
• Strong experience managing Agile execution in cloud data engineering or BI/reporting programs.
• High-level knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, data modeling flows, and Power BI delivery lifecycle.
• Strong delivery governance experience including planning, tracking, RAID management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with architects, data engineers, reporting teams, QA and business stakeholders; track milestones and risks.
• Maintain sprint plans, release schedules, RAID logs, and dashboards; ensure testing and deployment readiness.
• Understand Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Lakehouse layers, and Power BI workflows at a high level; discuss scope and dependencies.
• Communicate progress and expectations to business owners and leadership; conduct status updates and reviews.
• Promote Agile best practices, governance standards, and documentation consistency within squads.
