Qualifications

• 3+ years in wealth management or similar role.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with governance, risk topics, and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to interact with multiple functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Consumer Duty framework execution and related testing.
• Oversee business controls and centralised function outputs for compliance.
• Report results to the COO and propose remediation actions.
• Contribute to the London Branch oversight framework development.
• Support CEO London Branch with sales management data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare governance and regulatory materials for meetings and reports.
• Participate in reviews of new products/services and regulatory changes.
• Manage access to key data sources and extracts.
