Job summary

The National Gallery is seeking a technically strong Data Analytics Manager to lead dashboards, reports and forecasting models that inform strategic, financial and operational decisions, while helping build the gallery’s data infrastructure.

You will work with data from CRM, ticketing and digital platforms, translate complex requirements for both technical and non-technical colleagues, and help shape data governance and the rollout of Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL and BI skills (Power BI).
• Understanding of cloud-based data infrastructure and data modelling.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of dashboards, reports and forecasting models.
• Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure and data governance.
• Support the implementation of a unified data platform (Microsoft Fabric).
