Position Summary
Are you passionate about data and its transformative power in driving business success? Nestlé is seeking a dedicated Local Data Analytics Leader to spearhead our data governance and analytics initiatives in alignment with the Zone Europe Chief Data Officer roadmap. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the ZEUR Solutions Architect and the Zone Europe Governance Lead to design and execute a robust local Data Governance strategy.
As the guardian of data integrity and quality, you will leverage data assets and raw sources to tackle business challenges and provide actionable insights tailored to our market needs. You will own a value-driven portfolio of data and analytics use cases that align with our business strategy, driving innovation and showcasing value through agile methodologies.

A day in the life of a Digital Lead
In this critical role, you will be responsible for creating compelling business cases that outline the costs, benefits, and impacts of various data analytics use cases. Your insights will be presented to the Zone Digital Leadership Team, influencing strategic decisions and driving our data-driven culture forward. In addition to this you will engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for data initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage analytical techniques for impactful business solutions. You will advocate for data technology enablement, particularly tools related to Connect, and facilitate change management to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.

To be successful in this role you will have a breadth ofexperience within data analytics. You’ll have an excellent eye for detail and understand how your decisions impact the wider business strategy. You’ll also have great communication skills that enable you to challenge and influence across all levels whilst being able to develop positive stakeholder relationships. Being proactive and challenging in order to arrive at a resolution is a must, as is having a real desire to get to the heart of issues that may arise. Coupled with your ability to lead develop and engage a team.
