Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for effective data visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide reports for various stakeholders.
• Act as a Business Analyst/QA for near-shore data analysts.
• Identify and support internal projects to improve business processes and data outputs.
• Ensure data integrity and governance.
• Support internal software development projects.
• Serve as the go-to person for data-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with contract management and understanding of the order-to-cash process.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights.
• Experience in finance, CRM, ERP, or bespoke software development is a plus.
