Data Analytics Lead Responsibilities

Good data comes from good systems and processes and we're looking for someone who loves when all those numbers add up and mean something. Maintaining and developing our data is what provides us with such a competitive edge. This comes from data visualisation but also the processes and systems behind this collection.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather, analyse, prioritise and interpret data from multiple sources to help identify trends, patterns and insights.
2. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualise data effectively.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide reports from and for multiple stakeholders in the business.
4. Act as a BA/QA for the data analysts operating near-shore.
5. Assist with and identify internal projects to improve business processes and data outputs.
6. Support company data integrity and governance.
7. Support internal software development projects.
8. Be seen as the go-to person for data.

Data Analytics Lead Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Business Intelligence, Business Operations Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role.
2. Contract management experience – understanding the order to cash process.
3. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
7. Experience in finance is a plus.
8. Experience of CRM and ERP tools is a plus.
9. Experience developing bespoke software is a plus.
