Job summary

Corndel is seeking a Data Analytics Capability Coach to support learners on the Level 4 Data Analyst programme. You will mentor individuals and groups, translate data concepts into accessible learning, and help learners build practical skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, and data visualisation.

You will work remotely across the UK, with national travel as required, partnering with employers to ensure meaningful workplace impact and successful EPA outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence role.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis, formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience using Python and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power Query and data preparation techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, or supporting the development of others.

Whether you've worked as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Analytics Consultant, or similar, this is an opportunity to use your technical expertise to develop and inspire learners as they progress through our Level 4 Data Analyst programme.

We're seeking someone who combines strong analytical expertise with a passion for coaching and developing others.

Essential Experience

• Experience working in a data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence role.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience using Python and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power Query and data preparation techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, or supporting the development of others.
