Job summary

Grosvenor is offering a Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship to help analyse occupier sentiment, customer behaviour and use of digital services. You will work across the full data lifecycle, from collecting raw data to building dashboards and presenting insights to stakeholders.

You will gain practical experience in survey research, data analysis, reporting and data visualisation while joining the Customer Insights team to support the London Estate, Sustainability and Operations divisions.

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification or equivalent work experience
Experience with Excel including pivot tables is desirable

Responsibilities

Develop customer and community insight by designing, delivering and analyzing surveys and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Create dashboards and support monthly and thematic reporting to improve understanding of digital customers.
Analyze digital customer experience with stakeholders to inform product decisions and improve data platforms.
