Howden's Data Analyst Apprenticeship Programme 2027 in Cheltenham offers a permanent role from day one while you complete an 18‑month development programme. You’ll learn Power BI, SQL and Python, turning data into business insights.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with live Retail data projects, supported by a structured induction and mentoring, with a salary of £23,000 and a generous pension, plus 25 days leave and benefits.

Qualifications

• Have the full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Have lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years.
• GCSE English and Maths requirements: C/4 in English and B/5 in Maths.
• No insurance experience required; training provided.
• Commutable to Cheltenham for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to both data analytics and data science.
• Support live data projects for Retail.
• Analyse datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Clean, organise and check data for accuracy.
• Turn findings into clear reports for stakeholders.
