Job summary

Enfint is seeking an experienced analytics professional to own complex business problems, build data-driven models, and translate insights into strategic recommendations. You will work with product, finance, marketing, and engineering to drive commercial decisions across credit, acquiring, and business accounts.

The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, the ability to structure ambiguous problems, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in business analytics, credit analytics, valuations, strategy, customer analytics, or similar data-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using Python for data analysis and modelling.
• Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems using a systematic, hypothesis-driven approach.
• Experience building analytical models or frameworks from scratch, including methodology, data, and assumptions.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect analysis to business performance, strategic priorities, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own complex analytical and business problems from definition through delivery.
• Build models and analytical frameworks from first principles.
• Build and maintain Net Present Value, unit economics, and customer lifetime value models across products.
• Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and portfolio economics to identify value drivers.
• Use SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Design, implement, and analyze experiments, including A/B tests and holdouts.
• Communicate complex analysis and present business-critical insights to senior stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects with autonomy and align stakeholders around analytical outcomes.
• Support analytical capability across the wider team through knowledge sharing and standards.
