Job summary

Mane Energy is seeking a Data/Business Analyst to join an Operational Excellence programme aimed at boosting productivity across sites. You will develop forecasting models, automate reporting, and build Power BI dashboards to support site-by-site transformation and executive decision-making.

You will work on supply chain forecasting, procurement analytics and capacity planning, driving data-driven improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as Data/BI Analyst or related Analytics role.
• Manufacturing/operations or supply chain exposure is desirable.
• Experience developing forecasting, planning or capacity models.
• Ability to lead workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts using historical sales, demand and production data.
• Build forecasting models translating demand into component requirements (BoM).
• Create analytical tools to identify part commonality across product families.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for SIOP, procurement and ops.
• Automate procurement KPI extraction and reporting processes.
• Provide analytical support for supply-demand balancing and capacity planning.
• Establish standardised reporting across supply chain functions.
