Goodwood Estate is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data & Insights team in Chichester. The role supports multiple departments, turning data from events, hospitality, leisure, and customer experiences into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

You will work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, analyze data sources, and present findings and recommendations to influence performance and customer experience. Remote options are not indicated.

• Support ad hoc analysis, report building and data projects for the Data & Insights team.
