Job summary

Norgine is seeking a Data Analyst to analyse data and generate insights that improve business performance, processes, and strategic decision-making. You will work with stakeholders to deliver reports, visualisations, and predictive analytics that inform decisions.

You'll collaborate across teams to ensure data quality and harness BI tools and statistical methods. The role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to present complex findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data analysis techniques and BI tools.
• Familiarity with statistics and/or machine learning methods.
• Ability to communicate insights to different audiences.
• Experience working with structured and complex datasets.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Confidence presenting ideas to stakeholders.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join Norgine. The role reports to the relevant line manager and focuses on analysing data to generate insights that improve business performance, processes, and strategic decision-making.,

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights
• Deliver predictive and advanced analytics, including model validation
• Support business intelligence through statistical analysis and AI tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data quality and consistency
• Produce reports and visualisations to communicate findings clearly
• Support business requirements gathering and trend analysis.,

• Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting

Experience and Qualifications
