Job summary

Norgine is seeking a regional Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to enable data-driven decision-making across the UKI & ANZ region. You will deliver actionable insights, analytics, and market intelligence in collaboration with global stakeholders to optimise commercial performance and support brand growth.

You will lead forecasting, KPI development, and dashboarding for field teams and regional leadership, driving BI improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data interpretation
• Proven track record of delivering market insight projects across product lifecycles
• Experience with forecasting (including patient and volume-based models)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Experience working within matrix organisations and across stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Next Best Action solutions and AI implementation into analytics ad forecasting a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
