Job Description
What you’ll be doing:

As a Data Analyst, you will join a team responsible for marketing, product, data, and content, providing insights across leading recruitment brands. Reporting to the Data & Insight Manager, your role will involve various reporting and analytical tasks, focusing on driving acquisition and retention strategies and enhancing product performance.

You will ensure robust reporting of KPIs that influence strategic decisions. Reach Work encourages independence and creativity, offering responsibilities aligned with your skills and growth.

Responsibilities include:
  • Creating and maintaining reports using Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Building data visualizations with Tableau, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
  • Providing insights from data analysis and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Presenting your findings via Google Slides and/or Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Understanding our SaaS platform (Madgex) and its impact on the business.
  • Monitoring SEO performance using SEMrush and Google Search Console.
  • Analyzing survey data, creating graphs, charts, and commentary for marketing teams.
  • Using SQL databases to analyze client account performance and site traffic.
  • Setting up A/B experiments with clear hypotheses, audiences, and success metrics.
Qualifications
  • At least 1+ years of Data Analyst experience in a digital environment, working with marketing data, data mining, and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset, passionate about using testing and research for business decisions.
  • A degree in a maths/science-based subject is advantageous.
