Job summary

Hikvision UK & Ireland is seeking a data analytics professional to collect and interpret operational data to monitor performance and drive growth. You will monthly gather open order, stock and sales data, consolidate it, and create Qlik reports to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have Advanced Excel, VBA and Python skills, relevant work experience, and contribute to improving service efficiency by analyzing call centre metrics and distributor data.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in data analysis or business analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and data modelling.
• VBA and Python programming ability for automation and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Collect open order, stock and sales data monthly and consolidate for reporting.
• Perform monthly analyses of open orders, inventory and sales data for Hikvision Baseline products and marketing materials.
• Create various sales reports in Qlik and maintain the database.
• Analyse call centre metrics: answering rate, volume, and status to assess service efficiency.
• Gather customer data from exhibitions, road shows and trainings; refine and load into CRM.
• Merge distributor purchasing and inventory data with HQ promotion strategies; monitor trends.
• Manage customers by levels in POS data and generate monthly output reports.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the line manager.
