Job summary

Hyde Group is offering a Data Support Analyst Apprentice role at London Bridge (Park Street Office). The 27-28 month Level 4 apprenticeship provides hands-on experience in data, analytics and application support while you study.

You will investigate data and system issues, write basic SQL queries, monitor dashboards with Grafana, AWS and CloudWatch, and develop practical skills in data governance and reporting, with protected learning time.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completing Data Analyst Apprenticeship Level 4.
• Basic SQL knowledge and an interest in data concepts.
• Logical, analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence with MS Office.
• Willingness to learn AWS, Grafana and CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Help investigate straightforward data and system issues with guidance.
• Carry out routine data checks for accuracy across systems.

Hyde is looking for a Data Support Analyst Apprentice to join our Technology team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in data and technology, gaining hands‑on experience while working towards a relevant data, digital or technology apprenticeship.

As a Data Support Analyst Apprentice at Hyde, you will help support our data, integration and analytics platforms. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll develop practical skills in data investigation, application support and system monitoring, while helping the team identify and resolve straightforward data and system issues. You’ll also have protected time for learning and the opportunity to put your apprenticeship training into practice.

Key Duties

• Help investigate straightforward application, data and system issues, working with experienced colleagues to resolve problems.
• Carry out routine data checks to identify missing, incorrect or out‑of‑date information and differences between systems.
• Write and adapt basic SQL queries, with support, to check data and compare records.
• Monitor systems and data using dashboards and tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch and AWS, while keeping support tickets accurate and up to date.
• Help maintain support guides and build your knowledge of Hyde’s data systems, applying what you learn as your skills and confidence develop.

• A logical and analytical approach to problem solving, with good attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn tools such as AWS, Grafana and CloudWatch.
• Clear communication skills, curiosity and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues and complete a relevant apprenticeship programme.
