Job summary

Hyde Group is offering a Data Support Analyst Apprentice role at London Bridge. This Level 4 apprenticeship lasts 27–28 months, with a salary of up to £30,015 per year. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data, integration and analytics, while learning to investigate data issues and monitor systems.

You’ll develop practical skills in data investigation, application support and system monitoring, with protected learning time to apply your training and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Interest in data, technology or application support.
• Basic understanding of databases, data concepts or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Help investigate straightforward application, data and system issues.
• Carry out routine data checks to identify missing or out-of-date information.
• Write and adapt basic SQL queries with support to check data.
• Monitor systems and data using dashboards and tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch and AWS.
• Help maintain support guides and build knowledge of Hyde's data systems.
