Job summary

Huel is hiring a Data Analyst to transform raw behavioural and commercial data into clear, actionable insights for Marketing, Trading, Product, and Retail teams. You’ll build measurement frameworks, run experiments, and create self-serve dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.

You’ll work with SQL, Heap/Amplitude/Mixpanel, and dbt, bridging data and storytelling. This hybrid role is based at HQ in Tring with some remote flexibility and a fast-paced analytics culture.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with ability to write and optimise queries
• Experience with product analytics tools e.g. Heap/Amplitude/Mixpanel
• Solid understanding of A/B testing and causal inference basics
• Ability to translate analyses into clear recommendations and dashboards
• Experience modelling data and maintaining data quality at scale

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analysis for Marketing, Trading, Product and Retail teams
• Design and evaluate experiments including A/B tests and causal studies
• Define measurement frameworks with KPIs and data plans for launches
• Collaborate with Engineering to build scalable data sets and schemas
• Develop and maintain live self-serve dashboards and training for non-analysts
• Champion AI-powered analytics and data self-service across the company
• Identify growth opportunities by linking behavioural data with commercial metrics
