Job summary

HireMap is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into strategic insights and support management decisions through accurate analysis. You will collect, clean, and analyze data, develop dashboards and reports, and collaborate with different business departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

The role requires strong Excel and SQL skills, plus familiarity with Power BI or Tableau. Python or R is a plus, and excellent English with teamwork ability is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Python or R is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of German or Italian is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Creating and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards.
• Monitoring business KPIs and identifying trends and anomalies.
• Supporting decision-making through quantitative analysis.
• Collaborating with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Ensuring the quality and reliability of the data used for analysis.
