Data Analyst

Initial 6 month contract

Rate TBC - Inside IR35

Hybrid working: Onsite Glasgow/Edinburgh/Portsmouth 2x days per week

We are looking a brilliant Data Analyst to join the Data Identity Cleanse Project Team to join a market leading organisation within the energy sector. With over 85 years of experience behind them, this well-established company owns and manages critical national infrastructure and is engaging in a forward funded futureproofing program with enormous potential for growth.

Within this role, you will be supporting the cleansing, updating and validation of essential business data. You will design, build, and manage data models, dashboards, and reports to support the data cleansing initiative and will liaise with key stakeholders to ensure project plans and milestones are being managed efficiently.

It is essential that you have worked with HR data sets previously.

Key skills you will need:

• Proven experience of working with data analysis tools and software (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience of managing large volume data sets within a HR environment
• Strong attention to detail with good communication skills

It would be a bonus if you:

• Had an understanding of Identity Security Cloud or alternative Identity Management solutions
