Job summary

VIQU Limited is seeking a Data Analyst in Solihull to turn large datasets into actionable insight. You will work with senior stakeholders, develop forecasting models, and create dashboards using SQL and data visualization tools.

The role requires commuting to Solihull five days a week and collaborating with the head of Technology and the data team. You will manipulate data with SQL, transform data into clear recommendations, and deliver analyses using Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio, and

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Analytics or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders in a clear, commercially focused manner.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Develop forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.
• Produce dashboards, reports and presentations for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Data Analyst

Solihull (5 days per week)
£35,000 per annum

VIQU has partnered with a global organisation looking to expand their dat capabilities. This role will be the sole Data Analyst position in the UK, working closely with the head of Technology, and the wider data team to transform business data into insights.

You’ll be responsible for analysing and manipulating large datasets, identifying trends and potential issues before they impact the business, and presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, including board-level leadership. Must have hands on expereince with SQL, and data visualisation tools.

Experience required for the Data Analyst:

• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Analytics or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
