Job summary

VIQU IT is partnering with a global organisation to hire a Data Product Manager in Solihull. You will lead the Data and Insight function, moving from dashboards to governed, AI-ready data products, and own the product roadmap.

You will line manage Data Analysts and BI Developers, translate business needs into clear specifications, and drive data adoption across the organisation. Experience with data tools and AI in analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading adoption and deployment of data analytics tools enterprise wide.
• Hands-on experience with data technologies like Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau etc.
• Hands on experience using AI tools in an analytical context.
• Familiarity with data governance, quality and security best practices.
• Strong stakeholder and business partnering skills.
• A track record of driving data adoption and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for certified data products eg: datasets, dashboards, semantic models and AI-enabled features.
• Leverage data for insight generation and decision-making.
• Ensure the organisation is "AI ready", by ensuring AI tools only access trusted data, and that quality tier is disclosed in AI outputs.
• Line manage a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers.
• Translating business needs into clear specifications, and embedding data products into decision-making.
• Driving data literacy and adoption across the organisation.
• Occasionally act as a business analyst, helping to bridge the gap between non technical and technical stakeholders.
