Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Data Analyst for a growing consulting business. You will design and develop Power BI dashboards, translate client reporting requirements into solutions, and turn data into insights that drive strategic decisions.

You'll work with senior stakeholders, collaborate with engineers and business teams on end‑to‑end data projects, and help improve data quality and governance while delivering clear findings.

Qualifications

• Understand reporting requirements and business challenges.
• Turn data into actionable insight that supports strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and business teams across end‑to‑end data projects.
• Improving reporting processes, data quality and governance standards.
• Present findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong experience delivering reporting and visualisation solutions with Power BI.
• Solid SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Experience in a consulting, professional services or client-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• An analytical mindset with a passion for solving business problems using data.
• Exposure to modern data platforms, cloud environments or Microsoft Fabric would be advantageous.
