London | Hybrid | High-Growth AI Scale-Up

We’re working with a fast-scaling AI and data analytics business that has been recognised two years running in the Financial Times FT1000 Fastest Growing Companies in Europe. With international operations and a client list featuring household names across telecoms, financial services, retail, and media, this organisation is driving real commercial value through deep behavioural analytics and privacy-first customer intelligence.

As the team continues to grow, they are now looking to hire a Data Analyst with a focus on data quality assurance, machine learning model validation, and pipeline monitoring.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • Global growth trajectory – active across London, New York, Barcelona, Lisbon, and Tel Aviv with over 100 team members and scaling.
  • Real-world impact – their technology has delivered tens of millions in additional revenue for clients.

The Role:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and performance of high-scale data systems and machine learning models. You’ll collaborate with data science and engineering teams to drive standards in data QA, support robust ML deployments, and ensure smooth data pipeline operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Quality Assurance
  • Design and implement QA frameworks for data validation
  • Automate testing processes across data stores and pipelines
  • Collaborate with data science teams on model QA and performance validation
  • Monitor models across pre-production and production environments
  • Exploratory Data Analysis
  • Identify patterns and insights through hands-on data exploration
  • Support business decision-making with actionable analysis
  • Ensure smooth operation and integrity of data flows
  • Resolve performance issues and minimise disruptions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a Data QA, Data Analyst or ML Ops role, ideally in a tech-led or data-heavy environment
  • Strong technical skills: SQL, Python (or R), with exposure to modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and complex data models
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with data science, engineering and business stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

What’s on Offer:

  • Hybrid working (2–3 days in London office)
  • 26 days holiday (rising with service)
  • Enhanced parental benefits & mental health support (Oliva platform)
  • Income protection, life assurance & pension scheme
  • Cycle to work, breakfast in office, social events, training budgets

This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking, purpose-driven company at the cutting edge of AI and customer analytics. If you’re a data professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
