Job summary

Multiverse is seeking an instructor to deliver our technical content and support apprentices in upskilling across AI, data, and tech domains. You’ll run workshops and drop-in sessions, guiding learners through knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout their programme.

Joining the delivery team, you’ll complete a 3-week onboarding covering teaching methodologies, technical upskilling, and practical coaching opportunities, then enable apprentices to develop industry-ready expertise in real-world

Qualifications

• Strong written and on-camera communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and problem solving in an online classroom setting.
• Committed to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.
• Proficient in at least two of the following: Excel for BI, Tableau, Power BI.
• Practical knowledge of predictive modelling and time series forecasting.
• Statistical methods and their applications.
• Experience applying data and advanced analytics in professional settings.
• Advocate for ethical and responsible data use with data governance and data protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery sessions of our technical Learning content and ensure alignment with learning objectives within time.
• Adhere to the Coach Quality framework for consistent session quality and apprentice experience.
• Create an inclusive, engaging learning environment to drive apprentice learning and satisfaction.
• Moderate assignments with feedback to develop technical and durable skills.
• Maintain an owners mentality and collaborate with coaches for learner progress and success.
• Coordinate with coaches and operations to align on apprentice development and progression.
• Utilise Multiverse resources and stay updated to support apprentices effectively.
• Build credibility with apprentices using professional experience and domain knowledge.
• Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse and help apprentices connect to it throughout their programme and beyond.
