Job summary

Multiverse is seeking an Instructor to deliver our technical content and support apprentices in AI, data and tech upskilling through workshops and drop-in sessions. You will help learners develop knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout their programme.

The delivery team is diverse, reporting to a Delivery Lead, with a 3-week onboarding covering modern teaching methodologies, technical upskilling, and practical coaching opportunities to prepare for launch.

Qualifications

• Strong written and on-camera communication and presentation skills.
• Explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Think critically and solve problems in an online classroom setting.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry trends.
• Proficient in at least two of Excel for BI, Tableau, Power BI.
• Skilled in SQL and ideally Python, demonstrated in real projects.
• Knowledge of predictive modelling and time series forecasting.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and their applications.
• Experience applying data and advanced analytics in professional settings.
• Advocate for ethical and responsible data use with data governance know-how.

Responsibilities

• Confidently facilitate delivery sessions of our technical learning content.
• Adhere to the Coach Quality framework for consistent session quality.
• Create an inclusive, motivating learning environment.
• Moderate assignments with clear feedback and progress guidance.
• Maintain an owners mentality, supporting learners and coaches alike.
• Regularly liaise with coaches to align apprentice interventions.
• Coordinate with cohort coaches and operations on development and progress.
• Utilise Multiverse resources and stay up-to-date on knowledge and updates.
• Build credibility with apprentices through experience, domain knowledge and context.
