Job summary
Pertemps Network Group seeks an AI & Data Apprenticeship Trainer / Coach & IQA to deliver engaging workshops and provide quality assurance across apprenticeship programmes in Data Analytics, AI, and related technologies. You will manage a caseload of apprentices, support progression, portfolio development and EPA preparation.
In addition to delivery, you will conduct internal quality assurance activities, support standardisation, monitor compliance, and contribute to curriculum development
Qualifications
- Experience delivering apprenticeship programmes.
- Experience with EPA processes and funding rules.
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python.
- Ability to coach and mentor learners across learning journeys.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging workshops and technical training sessions while managing a caseload of apprentices.
- Support learners through progress reviews and action planning.
- Conduct internal quality assurance on portfolio evidence and assessment decisions.
- Support Ofsted inspections readiness and quality assurance visits.
- Contribute to curriculum development and alignment with employer needs.
