Job summary

Vincere is hiring a Product Owner for Data, AI & Engineering in London. You will shape data-driven product strategy, work with data engineering teams, and deliver AI-focused initiatives that drive business outcomes.

You will translate business needs into technical outcomes, partner with engineers and senior stakeholders, and help advance the company’s data, automation and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/Manager in tech or data-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and modern data platforms.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers or software engineers.
• Ability to write clear user stories and define requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap across data and AI initiatives.
• Define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with Data Engineers.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for delivery.
• Prioritise backlog based on value and technical considerations.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data and Product stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and data to improve products and processes.
• Define and measure product success through relevant KPIs and outcomes.
• Support development of scalable data products and platforms.
• Communicate priorities and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
