Job summary

Nigel Frank in London is seeking a Product Owner (Data & AI) / AI Product Manager to shape and own the Data & AI product backlog, delivering GenAI solutions, AI Agents, NLP, automation and analytics in a hybrid London environment.

You will partner with stakeholders across regions, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and drive end-to-end delivery of data-driven products while championing data governance and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Product Owner experience within Data, AI, Analytics, BI, Automation, Digital Products.
• Backlog ownership delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong Business Analysis skills including workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own, prioritise the Data & AI product backlog.

Key Experience

• 3+ years Product Owner experience within Data, AI, Analytics, BI, Automation, Digital Products.
• Proven backlog ownership delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong Business Analysis skills including workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• End‑to‑end delivery experience across data, analytics, automation, digital products.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, AI Agents, Machine Learning, NLP.
• Experience defining AI requirements, success measures.
• Power BI experience within governed reporting environments.
• Understanding of data modelling, metrics, lineage, self‑service analytics.
• Knowledge of GDPR, governance, risk, security frameworks.
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills.
