Women in Data® partners with M&S to offer a Product Manager role in the Data & AI team, leading discovery and translating business problems into data & AI solutions. You will collaborate with data analytics, data science and data engineering experts to deliver measurable business impact.

You will drive the product strategy by engaging stakeholders, defining roadmaps, and ensuring value is demonstrated through the lifecycle, from design to launch and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Familiar with data science, advanced analytics, or AI concepts.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems across teams.
• Clear communicator who brings ideas to life.

Responsabilités

• Understand business problems and use cases in detail to reach solution hypothesis.
• Drive discovery and development of data & AI solutions with cross functional teams.
• Manage and balance priorities of stakeholders, ensuring roadmaps and product strategies align with business goals.
• Ensure product outcomes are defined and measured throughout the lifecycle, whilst articulating value generation.
• Evangelise data-led decision making and drive adoption with colleagues.
