Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to build data product roadmaps.
• Experience working with data products to impact business and financial performance.
• Experience prioritising workload in line with business value and impact.
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools (Power BI and MicroStrategy).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and share a clear data product roadmap that aligns with Co-op's strategy.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand colleagues' data needs.
