Job summary

Homesearch is building the data and AI platform powering its property tech stack in London. You will work with data engineers and scientists to scale pipelines, define canonical models, and deliver reliable, auditable data services for live products and AI workloads.

As part of the Data & AI team, you’ll own production data pipelines, work across cloud infrastructure, and contribute to architecture decisions that reduce manual work while supporting rapid product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining production data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable data pipelines with testing and observability.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance data and AI platforms behind our property tech services.
• Work hands-on across codebase, pipelines, databases and cloud infra.
• Define data models, contracts and canonical entities (properties, addresses, listings, agents).
• Ensure reliability, security and cost efficiency in production.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ship measurable value.
