Job summary

Pertemps Specialist Division is recruiting for an AI Skills Coach for Apprenticeships in the Darlington area. You will manage a caseload, deliver coaching sessions and workshops, and support learners through milestone reviews and End Point Assessments.

You will work to maintain quality, compliance and learner engagement while applying up-to-date industry knowledge and standards to drive successful apprenticeship outcomes.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification or apprenticeship delivery experience.
• Experience delivering AI, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programmes.
• Strong coaching, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funded learning.
• Confident using learning technologies, databases and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices across AI and Digital programmes.
• Deliver workshops, micro-teaches and coaching sessions.
• Support learners through milestone reviews and End Point Assessment preparation.
• Maintain programme quality, compliance and learner documentation.
• Monitor learner engagement, progress and achievement.
• Attend standardisation and quality meetings.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of apprenticeship provision.
• Maintain up-to-date industry and occupational knowledge.
