Job summary

EY seeks a highly skilled Data Agent Product Owner to drive the development of agentic capabilities within EY’s AI-ready data strategy. You will work with EY’s innovation community, clients and partners to translate strategy into actionable data-driven services.

You will be a hands-on leader, translating vision into execution, building a world-class agentic data capability while collaborating across global teams and aligning with EY’s data governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience across the data management lifecycle including data quality and data modelling.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable data solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive Data Agent offering with design and support structures.
• Define standards and tools for scalable Data Agent development.
• Integrate Data Agents with EY.ai Data Marketplace and Simulation Hub.
• Manage adoption with KPIs and user engagement.
• Create training content for the AI Ready Data Academy.
• Communicate value of Data Agents to internal and external audiences.
