Job summary

EY in Manchester seeks a highly skilled Data Agent product owner to drive development of the Data Agent capability, translating strategy into action and delivering data-driven, AI-powered services. You will collaborate with EY’s innovation community, key clients and alliance partners, manage adoption, define standards, and integrate Data Agents with EY.ai Data Marketplace and Simulation Hub.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, maths or engineering.
• Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
• Demonstrable skills with AI and Agentic capabilities across tools and platforms.
• Proven experience across the data management lifecycle including data quality and data engineering.
• Strong business acumen to translate client needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive Data Agent offering, including solution design, commercial models, and support structures.
• Establish standards, methods, and tools for scalable Data Agent development.
• Define the Agentic Data Stewardship framework with the Data Stewardship Office.
• Support EY Innovation initiatives and leverage a shared portfolio of agentic capabilities.
• Integrate Data Agents with EY.ai Data Marketplace and EY.ai Simulation Hub.
• Manage adoption by tracking demand, usage, and outcomes with clear KPIs.
• Develop training content for the AI Ready Data Academy and build a community of practice.
• Communicate the value proposition of Data Agents to internal and external audiences.
• Support regional and service line data teams to promote adoption and identify high-value use cases.
• Design and deliver integrations including MCP server, data catalog, analytics tools, and semantic layer.
