Job summary

EY seeks a highly skilled Data Agent Product Owner to drive the development of an agentic data capability. You will translate strategy into action, working with EY’s innovation community and clients to build world-leading data-enabled, AI-powered services.

You will lead the execution of the data agent vision, collaborating with alliance partners and EY teams to deliver scalable data solutions and new offerings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable skills with AI and agentic capabilities.
• Experience across the data management lifecycle, including data quality and data engineering.
• Business acumen to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive Data Agent offering, including solution design, commercial models, and support structures.
• Establish standards, methods, and tools for scalable Data Agent development.
• Define the Agentic Data Stewardship framework with the Data Stewardship Office.
• Collaborate with EY Innovation initiatives and clients to leverage shared capabilities.
• Integrate Data Agents with EY.ai Data Marketplace and the EY.ai Simulation Hub.
• Manage adoption by tracking usage and measuring outcomes with KPIs.
• Develop training content for the AI Ready Data Academy and build a community of practice.
• Communicate value proposition of Data Agents to internal and external audiences.
• Support regional and service line data teams to promote adoption and identify use cases.
• Design and delivery of technical integrations (MCP server, data catalog, analytics tools, Semantic Layer, PoolParty).
