Job summary

EY is seeking a highly skilled Data Agent product owner to drive the development of the Data Agent capability. You will execute the data agent vision, collaborate with EY’s innovation community, clients and partners to build a world-leading agentic capability.

You will be a hands-on data lead with strong communication and stakeholder skills, translating strategy into action to deliver data-driven, AI-powered services across EY.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Math/Engineering or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience with AI and agentic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive Data Agent offering, including design and commercial models.
• Establish standards and tools for scalable Data Agent development.
• Define the Agentic Data Stewardship framework with the Data Stewardship Office.
• Support EY Innovation initiatives with shared agentic capabilities.
• Integrate Data Agents with EY.ai Data Marketplace and Simulation Hub.
• Manage adoption with KPIs and demand tracking.
• Develop training content for AI Ready Data Academy.

The opportunity

The Global Data Office Data team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Agent product owner to drive the development of the Data Agent capability.

As the product owner, you will be focussed on the execution of the data agent vision, working closely with EY’s innovation community, key clients and Alliance partners to build a world leading agentic capability.

You will be a ‘hands on’ agentic data lead, passionate and energetic, exceptional communication and stakeholder skills. You will translate strategy into action; transforming how EY will execute data driven, AI powered services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive Data Agent offering, including solution design, commercial models, and support structures.
• Establish standards, methods, and tools to ensure consistent and scalable Data Agent development.
• Define the Agentic Data Stewardship framework in collaboration with the Data Stewardship Office.
• Support related EY Innovation initiatives, contributing to and leveraging a shared portfolio of agentic capabilities.
• Integrate Data Agents with EY.ai Data Marketplace and the EY.ai Simulation Hub to support the broader AI Ready Data Strategy.
• Manage adoption by managing demand, tracking usage, and measuring outcomes using clear KPIs.
• Develop training content for the AI Ready Data Academy and cultivate a community of practice.
• Communicate the value proposition of Data Agents to both internal and external audiences.
• Support regional and service line data teams to promote adoption and identify high‑value use cases.
• Design and delivery of technical integrations, including MCP server, enterprise data catalog, analytics tools, and Semantic Layer, knowledge graph platforms such as PoolParty (Graphwise)

Education & Experience

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in computer science, maths or engineering.
• Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
• Demonstrable skills with AI and Agentic capabilities – fluent in all aspects of agentic tools, platforms and capabilities
• Proven experience across the data management lifecycle – including data quality, data modelling, data engineering etc
• Business acumen to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
