Job summary

Lanes Group is hiring two Data Administrators on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the STW Clean Water contract, focusing on data migration, system integration and automation. Locations Pride Park Derby or Vocun Yard, Stoney Gate Road, Spondon. Hours 40 per week, 7:30am-4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.

Salary from £26,500. You will work with IT and operations to improve processes and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or data entry experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience handling large volumes of data.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Extracting data from the STW system and uploading it into the Sapphire BigChange system.
• Updating and maintaining records across parallel systems during integration.
• Data entry, validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Liaising with field operatives to obtain missing or incorrect information.
• Supporting customers by providing information and handling enquiries.
• Collaborating with IT and operations to drive system improvements.
• Maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms.
• Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes.
• Prioritising workloads to meet deadlines.
• Assisting the broader team with general admin tasks.
