Job summary

tombola is hiring for a Customer Experience advisor to support players across our Danish territory from a UK remote location. You’ll handle customer service queries and host engaging conversations in our game chat rooms to foster a welcoming community.

You will receive full training on our games, systems and processes, with ongoing support from the CX team as you learn and grow in a fast-paced, player-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (reading, writing and speaking) is essential.
• Excellent communication and language skills are required to explain information clearly.
• A friendly, helpful approach and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support players across the Danish territory with customer service queries.
• Host and engage in game chat rooms to build a welcoming community.
• Learn Tombola sites, promotions and games through full training.
• Participate in Daily Task Rota including verifications and escalations.
• Respond to queries promptly meeting response times and quality standards.
• Identify risk indicators and provide appropriate support.
• Contribute to social campaigns and share ideas to improve CX.
• Represent Tombola values in daily work.
