Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is recruiting a permanent Skilled Labourer for its London team to support responsive housing repairs in Camden and Islington. The role focuses on damp and mould treatment, cleaning, property clearance and multi-skilled tasks; 40-hour week with rota late shifts and some Saturday mornings.

Candidates must live within commuting distance of the two boroughs and hold a full UK driving licence; basic DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trades and ability to work to targets.
• Ability to perform damp and mould treatment and related cleaning.
• Capable of property clearance and general repair tasks.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out damp and mould work, including applying treatment products.
• Carry out cleaning work.
• Carry out inner and outer property clearance.
• Carry out general multi-skilled repair work.
• Support the delivery of responsive repairs.
