The Guinness Partnership in London is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our Kensington & Chelsea team. You will support responsive repairs, damp and mould work, cleaning, clearance and general multi-skilled tasks across residents' homes.

This permanent role is 40 hours per week with 8:00am–4:30pm hours, plus occasional late shifts and Saturday mornings on a rota. You must live within a commutable distance of Kensington & Chelsea, hold a full UK driving licence, and pass a basic DBS check funded

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-skills and inner/outer property clearance, basic damp treatment and flooring coverings.
• Customer-focused environment experience, ideally in social housing.
• Proven ability to follow procedures and accurately record information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating organisational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver responsive repairs including damp and mould work.
• Carry out cleaning, clearance and general multi-skilled tasks.
• Work standard hours 8:00–16:30 with a late shift and Saturday rota as required.
• Live within a commutable distance to Kensington & Chelsea to ensure access to residents.
