Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Repairs Coordinator in Swadlincote to support the Senior Administrator Supervisor and related teams. The role focuses on damp and mould repairs, coordinating scheduling and tracking, and ensuring timely resolution in line with Awaab's Law requirements.

You will raise and close jobs for the DLO and contractors, respond to queries, and manage bookings using MRI, with a view to a permanent opportunity from a temporary start.

Qualifications

• Respond to customer queries via telephone, email, website or from other departments as required.
• Using MRI software systems, raise orders for planned and reactive maintenance work to the housing stock and associated buildings.
• Ensure all jobs assigned correctly to contractors or DLO as appropriate, in line with the Repairs Policy and within SLA's.
• Review any jobs from all booking pots to ensure accurate information recorded with regards to trade allocated to jobs, time allocated to job and Schedule of rate codes.
• This role will primarily focus on coordinating and administering damp and mould repairs, supporting compliance with Awaab's Law.

Responsabilités
