Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Damp & Mould Operative to carry out mould treatment and preventative work across Spalding and surrounding areas. You will work in tenants' homes, performing mould washing, treating affected areas and applying mould-resistant paint.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, own van preferred, and the ability to travel between properties. A 3-month initial contract with a strong possibility of extension, and weekly pay with CIS payment option.

Qualifications

• Experience in damp and mould treatment or property maintenance.
• Experience with mould washing and applying specialist paints.
• Ability to install loft insulation.
• Reliable and professional approach when working in tenants' homes.
• Own van preferred; a large car may be suitable.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out mould washing and treating affected areas in tenants' homes.
• Applying mould-resistant paint to walls and ceilings.
• Installing loft insulation where required.
• Working in occupied social housing properties.
• Following health and safety procedures and maintaining good customer service.
