Responsibilities

• Attend customer properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues.
• Assess the type and severity of mould and apply appropriate treatment.
• Advise customers on prevention and ongoing maintenance.
• Record visits, treatments and materials used.
• Work safely in line with health and safety regulations.
