Job summary

Build Recruitment are seeking a Damp & Mould Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance team around Dunstable. You will investigate and treat damp and mould in occupied properties, carrying out mould washes and remedial works.

The role requires solid maintenance skills, a full UK driving licence (max 6 points), and the ability to work independently to a high standard. Contract is temp/long-term with 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, paid £20.50 per hour CIS with a company van

Qualifications

• Previous damp & mould or social housing maintenance experience.
• Good general maintenance skills.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard.
