Cardo Group in the UK is seeking a Full-time Permanent Associate to inspect, diagnose, and report on damp, mould, and condensation across social housing stock, ensuring properties meet health and safety standards.
You will use moisture meters, hygrometers, and potentially thermal imaging, produce clear reports, advise on ventilation and moisture control, and work with housing officers and contractors to prioritise remedial works.

To inspect, diagnose, and report on damp, mould, and condensation issues across social housing stock, ensuring properties meet health, safety, and housing standards. The role supports the delivery of safe, healthy homes and compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Awaab’s Law.
