Job summary

Cardo Group is recruiting for an Entry Level Cleaning role to undertake cleaning, clearance, sanitisation, and mould remediation of vacant properties across the UK. Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning experience, preferably in housing, property, facilities, or void cleaning.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Ability to undertake physically demanding work, including lifting and moving items.
  • Good time management and reliability; Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

  • Deep clean vacant properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and living areas.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces.
  • Clean appliances, cupboards, windows, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Remove rubbish, unwanted furniture, and leftover items from properties.
  • Report any damage, repairs, or health and safety concerns identified during cleaning.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Work alongside maintenance and repairs teams to ensure properties meet lettable standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work when required

Role Overview:

To undertake the cleaning, clearance, sanitisation, and mould remediation of vacant residential and occupied properties, ensuring homes are returned to a safe, hygienic, and lettable standard. The role involves carrying out specialist mould treatment, deep cleaning, waste removal, and minor property preparation works in accordance with company procedures, health and safety legislation, and customer service standards.


Responsibilities:
